I grew up helping my parents renovate their 1928 farmhouse in Colorado, which sparked my love for working and creating with my hands. After helping them remodel several other homes, I decided that building and remodeling beautiful homes was what I wanted to do for the long haul.
And so I started Churchill House, a company dedicated to building and remodeling beautiful homes, and all to the glory of God.
But we didn’t want to create more of the suburban tract homes that we already have a plethora of. We wanted to thoughtfully create homes and spaces that look beautiful and function well, but that also fill a hole in our souls. Humans need spaces that fit their needs, but those include more than just their practical or physical needs. Unfortunately modern architecture focuses almost exclusively on the practical and physical aspects, and neglects the more intangible aspects. We want to create homes that do take the intangible into account. And we believe this aspect can be best expressed by creating architecture for humans, by humans. Churchill House is our avenue for doing just that.
